I have been in the health and fitness industry for more than 16 years; since I was 17. For the past 10 + years I have been a practicing freelance Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Masseuse. I am fully insured (up to £5 million) and hold an up to date first aid certificate. I am strongly self-motivated, work to a very high standard and will always ensure punctuality and a great service. I continue to study and add to my knowledge - in 2008 I finally found the time to gain the first degree in Reiki I so wanted to gain. I am currently studying for my second degree Reiki.
